Emma Jasarevic has taken on the role of Winn Group Compliance and Complaints Manager.
An important position within our organisation, Emma will switch from the Serious and Technical Injury Team, an opportunity she was keen to grasp having gained extensive experience over a 15-year time period.
The Compliance and Complaints Manager role involves handling formal complaints, mitigating potential issues around compliance and ensuring the highest standards are maintained in our departments, thus supporting the delivery of the best possible client care as we adhere to the highest legal and industry standards.
Emma said: “The role will be very different to what I’ve done previously. It involves a lot more than just dealing with complaints and I’m really enjoying the exposure to a variety of different things.
“Every day is different but the primary focus will be handling formal complaints, negotiating compliance issues - relating to areas such as GDPR, data protection breaches, ISO - as well as ensuring we maintain our high standards in relation to all areas of compliance.
“I’ve been a fee earner for almost 15 years so I felt ready for a new challenge. It’s a great opportunity to get into a different area of law.”
