Rhianna Meadows has plenty of reason to celebrate after earning a well-deserved promotion in the Winns Costs Team.
Moving into a Team Leader role, Rhianna has made significant progress since joining the company in 2022.
The reward of her input to date is symbolic of the opportunities available to those who want to explore their careers and expand their skills.
Winn Group promotes this initiative among its employees and encourages development, alongside the company’s current exciting expansion and evolution.
With a wide range of job types and training and development programmes, Rhianna is a great example of what can be achieved at an organisation that seeks to foster collaborative working and individual success.
Praised for her technical ability and high return on legal fees generated, her department manager Rachel Glendenning was full of praise.
Rachel, Head of Costs and Debt Recovery, said: “Rhianna joined the team in 2022 and since that time has demonstrated her ability to succeed in the world of legal costs, with her technical ability and the high level of legal fees she consistently generates.
“For this Financial Year, Rhianna is already at 156% of her target with two months to go.
“The strategies Rhianna adopts to generate this high level of fees, and the support she has provided to new starters within the team, makes her a perfect candidate to lead a Costs Team.”
Celebrating the news with friends and a few cocktails, Rhianna was delighted to see her hard work recognised by the company.
She said: “I have been with the Costs Team for over two years now and feel that my knowledge and hard work was recognised with this next career opportunity.
“I have always received support and encouragement from my Team Leaders and management, alongside my training, and this has allowed me to develop to my current level of success.
“The new role will see me focus more on my own team members, ensuring they receive the support and development necessary to allow each of them to be successful within their roles.
“I hope to achieve success against targets with my team and to continue to enjoy my time in the department.”
