Jake Robinson has joined a growing group of Winn Group employees to celebrate 10 years at the company.

A sign of our experience and expertise in our industry, the list of staff who are with us for significant stretches of their career continues to expand.

Not only that, but this decade celebration also demonstrates a work culture and environment that appeals to those seeking opportunities and career progression.

Jake’s line manager, Deputy Head of FRT Paul Hewitson, praised him for his input over the years, becoming a valued member of our First Response Team.

He said: “It's incredible to think that a decade has passed since Jake first became part of Winn Group, joining First Response back in 2015.

“His dedication, motivation, and commitment over the years have been remarkable. Jake, thank you for your contributions so far, you’re a fantastic advocate for Winns, and your efforts are commendable.

“Keep up the great work and continue making a positive impact on our team. Well done!”

On achieving this notable milestone, that was celebrated with champagne, vouchers, and a bunch of flowers, Jake was pleased to reflect on a successful decade and hopeful for the future.

He said: “I've stayed with the same company for 10 years because it’s been a place where I enjoy coming to work each day.

“I like the fast-paced environment; every day is different and presents a different challenge.

“The people are the main thing I appreciate and the support everyone provides each other.

“The laughs and friendships I have built over the 10 years is also a massive factor. Finally, the experiences I’ve had through work makes it a really enjoyable place to work.”
