Winn Group toasted the 15-year anniversary of Alex Hall recently, with the First Response Team member saying his time here has been like ‘being part of a big family.’

Working in the First Response Team since 2010, Alex has risen from the training desk to a Team Leader role, giving him an in-depth knowledge of the processes involved in FRT.

After receiving the obligatory champagne, flowers, and vouchers, Alex, a popular member of FRT, was delighted to hit this milestone marker.

He said: “It’s brilliant knowing I have a place and I have been growing and developing so much, also the people here are amazing and we are like a big family.

“Every day is different, but I know I have full support and help when needed. I’ve said it a lot, but the people within the company make it a special place to work.

“Massive thank you to Chris Jones (Head of FRT); I have changed a lot since I first started, and he has helped me massively throughout the years. When I first started, I did not have any idea about claims; Chris was my Team Leader then and guided me when doing broker claims back in the day and ever since.

“There are many people throughout my 15 years who have helped me, and too many to mention, so I’d just like to thank everyone and say sorry to the people I have missed out!”

Paul Hewitson, Deputy Head of FRT, said: “Well done on reaching your 15 Year Milestone with Winn Group, Alex! From your first day as Claims Handler in FRT, we have enjoyed your infectious energy and unique ability to brighten the day of those around you. 

“You have proven your talent and dedication, progressing to become an FRT Trainer, and then a Team Leader, providing support to the team, and always being ready with a joke/laugh to lift spirits and keep morale high.

Here’s to your past 15 years at Winns, and more yet to come.”
