Emma Monaghan recently toasted a decade at Winn Group, marking a significant milestone in her career to date.

Emma, currently a Claims Processing Team Leader in our FRT department, joined as a New Claims Handler back in 2015, then became a Claims Handler, and later joined the Nightshift Team as a Supervisor before being promoted to her current role.

It has been quite a journey for Emma, as she explains.

She said: “What I like most about working at Winns is the people and the culture. There’s a real sense of teamwork, support, and shared purpose across the business.

“Everyone is willing to help each other and go the extra mile when it matters most. It’s a workplace where you feel valued and part of something bigger.

“I also really enjoy the variety that comes with the job. No two days are ever the same, and that keeps things interesting and engaging.

“Most importantly, it’s the relationships I’ve built that make Winns special. I’ve made some amazing friendships here.

“I’ve been able to build a career I’m genuinely proud of. Looking ahead, I’m excited to continue developing my career by, hopefully, progressing into higher management.”

“Always willing to lend a helping hand, even when your own workload is demanding, you embody Winns’ core values through countless acts of loyalty, reliability, and trust.  

“You’re a fantastic ambassador for the company, and we’re proud to have you as part of FRT and Winn Group!”
