Keelie Parkinson started way back in 2010. Fifteen years later, she’s playing a leading role in the development of Winn Group processes.
Not just taking her first steps in her career but developing over a decade and a half, Keelie is now Deputy Head of one of our Vehicle Damage Teams, collaborating on different projects that enhance day-to-day processes and contribute to our market-leading reputation within our sector.
When celebrating her latest milestone moment at Winn Group, Keelie recognised the opportunities that have allowed her career to flourish at the company.
She said: “I have been encouraged to continue my career at Winns because of the career development opportunities I have been given.
“I started my career as a handler within FRT and quickly progressed within the Vehicle Damage Department.
“I have qualified as a Solicitor and further progressed into management with my current role as Deputy Head of Vehicle Damage Post Litigation.
“I have appreciated the support I have received from the various managers I have had at my time here at Winns, which has enabled me to grow both personally and professionally.”
When discussing Keelie’s journey with us, Rebecca Colby, Associate Director and Head of the Vehicle Damage Team, said: “Congratulations to Keelie on 15 years with Winn Solicitors. Keelie has seen significant career progression in her time at Winns.
“During her training contract, she was promoted to team leader and was an integral part of the training and development of many of our current senior staff.
“Keelie was then promoted to a senior supervisor and from there agreed to work with me as my deputy when we formed the Vehicle Damage Post-Litigation Team. I am very grateful to Keelie for accepting this role and for her unwavering support, objective thinking, and endless ideas as to how we can improve processes, environment, and culture.
“Keelie is often the source of innovative ideas and solutions to problems that arise, whether it’s in Vehicle Damage or the wider business.
“She has been involved throughout the years with IT development for both Vehicle Damage and the wider group, and the contributions she has made have been of great value to the team and the business.
“Keelie has certainly made a lasting impact on the business, and I can’t wait to see what she achieves in the future! Well done, Keelie!”
