Stephannie Harrison celebrated 10 years at Winns by recognising how far her career has developed and also the people who helped her along the way.

The First Response Team (FRT) Leader started back in 2016, joining as a claims handler, before assisting with training new starters in the department. A secondment came next, before returning to FRT once again, before another secondment.

Returning ‘home’, she currently leads a team in FRT, providing expert input and years of experience that have proven incredibly useful to her colleagues.

She said of the milestone: “I feel very proud to be here after 10 years, and I hope to remain at Winns for many years to come.

“The people at Winns really do make the job enjoyable. Everyone is always willing to help and support one another, and no two days are ever the same.

“I’ve made some great friendships over the years, and I’m very proud of the career I’ve built so far. I’m looking forward to continuing to develop my skills and hopefully progress into higher management.”
