Anna Briggs has joined a growing group of employees to have celebrated a decade at Winn Group.

Starting in our First Response Team in the Admin department in 2016, Anna’s career has evolved over the 10 years to its current position which finds her leading a team in our Protocol department.

Winn Group promotes an environment of career progression within the organisation, facilitating routes of development regardless of job role.

With countless examples of this in action, Anna being one of these, we’re proud of our staff who strive to enhance their skill set and experience.

After enjoying flowers, champagne, and vouchers to mark a decade at Winns, Anna continues to enjoy working at the company.

The Protocol Team Manager said: “Winns is a great place to work, being surrounded by constant support and being able to pass that onto my team.

“The energy on the floor when we’re hitting targets is unmatched. I take huge pride in seeing my team succeed - personally and professionally - and we’ve had so many wins throughout the years.

“I’ve had so many favourite memories over the years, from work parties to the last few years at the PI Awards.

“The support I’ve had from Chris (Jones, Head of FRT), Paul (Hewitson, Deputy Head of FRT), and Kieran (Embleton, Key Partners Operation Manager) throughout my career progression at Winns has been second to none, particularly through our protocol journey.

“They’ve continuously shown confidence in me and encouraged me to develop further. I genuinely wouldn’t be where I am today without them, so a massive thank you to all three.

“I’d also like to give a huge thank you to Corrina (Warmington, PA to Head of Business Development and FRT Support). Even after I left the Admin Team back in 2017/18, she has always checked in and remained a constant source of support throughout my time.

“My whole team deserves a massive thank you for the hard work they put in every day. And of course, I can’t forget Francis (Briggs, Existing Claims Team Manager) - if she hadn’t pushed me to join Winns back in 2016, who knows where I’d be now!”
