We are looking for a Part Time Claims Handler to join our established First Response Team, where your unique blend of skills, personality, and character will be instrumental in elevating the quality of service we provide to our valued clients and stakeholders.

Working Hours
We can offer you between 14 - 25 hours per week, you must work a minimum of 6 hours on either a Saturday or Sunday each week.
Provided that you work those hours you can increase your working hours by working weekday evenings after 5pm.
Responsibilities
- As a Part Time Claims Handler, you will handle initial client claims related to road traffic, personal injury, and vehicle damage.
- Looking after your own caseload of clients, delivering an exceptional customer service experience to both customers and clients.
- Being articulate, having a strong communication skill set to handle complex claims, and maintaining professional relationships with internal colleagues, external clients, and third parties.
- Working to targets and deadlines within a proactive workplace, meaning taking ownership of your caseload is essential.
