Being made to feel welcome and at home on the first day ensured Sarah Prince was celebrating her 10-year anniversary recently.

Currently one of our Case Analysts and Training Controllers, Sarah sailed past the decade marker at Winn Group, with a nod of recognition to that very first day back in 2016.

She said: “I remember starting on my first day and immediately being made to feel welcome - it was because of that, I knew I’d be here for a long time.

“Ten years is a real milestone, and the fact that I still enjoy doing what I do is testament to what this company is like to work for.

“I would like to thank Michael Stuart, Head of Department, for all of his support throughout the years. He’s always encouraged me to excel at what I do best and has been such a solid support whenever I’ve needed it. 

“And honestly, it’s impressive he’s put up with me for as long as he has!

“I’d also like to thank Ben Marshall, our Deputy Head, who joined us a few years ago. He’s been nothing but supportive in my role and knowing I have that backing makes such a difference.

“It really makes me feel like what I do matters, and that sense of value is another reason why I see a long future for myself.”

Progressing her career in a supportive environment, Sarah has appreciated Winns’ collaborative approach, which has allowed her to excel in her role.
