It is perhaps, then, no surprise that Julie Jordan is celebrating 10 years with Winns, with a queue of people lining up to wish her well both now and into the future here at Winn Group, including her line manager.

Julie, who worked her way through the CST career pathway before changing teams more recently, has not only enjoyed an initial welcome back in 2016, but she has forged a chapter in her career that shows no signs of ending any time soon.

“Simply put, I like the company, and I love the people,” she continued.

“Over the years, I have built some really strong friendships - the people have always been a big part of what has made me enjoy coming to work.

“I’ve really valued the opportunities I’ve been given to develop and progress throughout my career, but work-life balance is very important to me, and I feel I’ve got the right balance with Winns.”
