Winn Group is delighted to announce they have achieved their target of donating £10,000 to charitable causes throughout the last financial year.

This has been split between a number of good causes, with the Great North Air Ambulance Service - our chosen charity of the year - receiving the bulk, and the rest being spread out between terrific organisations such as Headway, MASS, Brake and Living Streets.

Driven forward by a determined CSR committee, the company held a number of internal and external events to help with the fundraising, with a range of methods also used to provide donations directly from Winn Group.

This included sponsorship and entering a team in a golf day, donating gifts to charity raffles and providing one-off donations throughout the financial year, with the Newcastle Cat and Dog Shelter benefitting from a festive donation drive courtesy of one of our solicitors.

Our CSR committee hosted a quiz night at the Tyneside Cinema, as well as a hugely successful, dance-filled bingo night. There was a sponsored row in the office, a hamper raffle and the odd treat trolley going around, all of which raised a tremendous sum of money.

Winn Group is delighted to have passed this milestone, helping these worthy causes to continue their outstanding work.
