15 Years: Tracy Celebrates at Winn Group

When Tracy Coulthard picked up the Metro newspaper 15 years ago, little did she know she’d find the job that would see her career evolve for the next decade and a half.

The Legal Costs Draftsman and Negotiator celebrated this notable milestone recently and is enjoying her role, with the company changing face from approximately 60 to over 500 staff but maintaining its friendly and co-operative working atmosphere.

She said: “I have worked with some nice people who have always been friendly and offered help when needed.

“My managers and team leaders have always been approachable and listen if there are any problems to resolve.

“The team I am working with at the moment are a young group who are all very talented and create a nice environment to work in, something I hope can remain that way for the future.”

Tracy, who was keen to thank the directors for the anniversary gifts, knows better than most of the changes that have taken place at Winn Group.

Once part of a team of six, and a whole company of 60, times have changed but she appreciates that the company has evolved too.

She added: “I have learned that, as a firm, you must adapt to changes in the law without delay to succeed.

“I have seen Winns expand dramatically and have always been ready to adapt to new changes and challenges put in front of them.

“I have also seen how Winns will give you the opportunity to progress your career if you are hard-working and willing to take up the challenge.”

Rachel Glendenning, Head of Costs, said: “Congratulations Tracy on reaching your 15-year anniversary!

“You represent all of the core values of Winns, in particular your reliability and loyalty which are demonstrated by the fact that you have reached such a significant milestone of 15 years.

“During your time at the firm, you have not only been a loyal and reliable member of staff to Winns but also the Costs Team, the team where you have spent all of your career at Winns and remained a constant for your colleagues and other teams within the business.

“You really are part of the furniture. Well done, a great achievement!”

Congratulations, Tracy, on a fantastic achievement!
