Jordan Walsh, from Dudley, Cramlington, has worked at Winn Group for four years, and has progressed from Admin Assistant to his current role of Case Handler. Here, he talks about being a Case Handler, and his ambitions for the future.

What does your role involve?
It’s a varied role and there are a range of responsibilities, including: preparing statements to be used as evidence, communicating with brokers and clients regarding their policies, liaising and building positive relationships with hire car companies and repairers, taking on and analysing guaranteed hire claims, and carrying out further investigations into claims to ensure they are genuine.

What do you most enjoy about your role?
The variation is the best thing about the job – no two days are the same! The team is also fantastic – everyone is very friendly and happy to assist one another.

What are your career highlights so far?
Being promoted within the company has been a great achievement, as well as becoming a valued key member of the team I currently work in.

What are your ambitions for the future?
To further my knowledge and skills, which will allow me to move up through the company as far as possible.
