Donna Gallagher is looking ahead to the next 15 years after celebrating a notable anniversary milestone at Winns.

The Winn Group Sales Support and Management Secretary passed the decade-and-a-half marker recently, a great achievement for any employee at any company.

With so many people having helped during that time, she was keen to thank them for their support and guidance as she moved from Sales Support Administrator, to the First Response Team as Sales Support and Claims Processor, and then her current role.

Spending that much time at a company is down to a number of factors, including a healthy work-life balance that has allowed Donna to enjoy plenty of life milestones.

She said: “The ability to have the right balance in my life has been one of the reasons for staying here.

“The company and FRT Management supported me right from the start of my two pregnancies during my time here and now I’m able to spend time with my boys at home and also come to work. 

“Being part of a lovely team and working with colleagues who share the same work ethic as me has helped me grow in my role, as has the support of management, which hasn’t changed. They have always shown me the right guidance and good leadership when needed. 

“It really does not feel like I have been with Winns for 15 years! Here’s to another 15.”

Janet McCrindle, Head of Office Management, said of Donna and her reaching this anniversary: “Donna was one of the first people I was introduced to when I started at Winns.  She was my ‘go to’ for any help I needed then.  I will never forget that.

“Over the years we have worked together and apart and now we work in the same team - A brilliant outcome. Shout out to her loyalty and dedication and, most importantly, sense of humour!”
