Winn Group is proud that apprentices make up 10% of its workforce, with 40 apprentices currently working in a wide variety of roles including as Administrators, Claims Handlers, Customer Service Advisors, Legal Assistants and Team Leaders.
Following National Apprenticeship Week, we thought we’d take the opportunity to talk to a couple of our current apprentices to see what they value about apprenticeships and working with Winns.
