Joe Foalle has progressed to the role of Senior Case Handler at Winn Group, demonstrating an achievable career pathway, among many, available to staff at the company.

After previously working as an Apprentice Admin, and then a Case Handler, Joe is taking the next step in his career following an interview process that found it difficult to separate the candidates, who all impressed.

He joins Sarah Prince and Lauren Cummings as seniors in a department that has nearly doubled in size from last year.

Joe said: “I was confident leading into the interview as I’ve been here for five years now and feel like I know what is needed to be successful in this role.

“It will mean taking on more responsibility around the office and dealing with specific members of staff directly. I hope to be successful in the role and be someone to come to if they ever need help or advice on something.”

“It has been great to see him progress from Apprentice Admin to Case Handler to Senior Case Handler within that time.

“This has led to him having the experience required to become a Senior and assist the department moving forward.”
