Our experienced and dedicated legal team welcomed another colleague into the 10-year club, as Claire Hayton celebrated a decade at Winns.

The Part 7 Supervisor and Solicitor has seen her career move on an upward curve during that time, moving from the Portal Department, where she first started back in 2013, to become a Part 7 Team Leader, while also conducting a cross-qualification from Legal Executive to Solicitor, with the support of the company.

Reflecting on 10 years in the organisation, Claire admitted much has changed but all for the better.

She said: “Time flies when you are having fun!

“Lots has changed – what hasn’t? It most certainly is not the same company I walked into 10 years ago. So much has changed and developed, all for the better.

“Working here is always a challenge and two days are never the same, but the company is constantly evolving and progressing; it is great to be a part of.”
