Claire Devlin has taken the next step in her career following a promotion within Winn Group.
The HR employee has taken on the role of Group HR Manager after nearly five years working with us. Well deserved, the promotion will see Claire take on a new set of challenges as the company continues to evolve. But she is ready for the tasks that lie ahead.
She said; “Within the team leader position, I was responsible for work allocation, monitored the team’s output and coached the team to deliver an effective HR service.
“In my new role, there will be accountability for managing the team’s efficiency, and ensuring we are meeting our HR company objectives. I will have the autonomy to make decisions on more complex matters and will be taking the lead on certain projects.
“I will be assisting with the Investors In People accreditation, ISO lead requirements, recruiting for senior management positions, and working more closely with Marketing on all aspects of recruitment and employee engagement.”
“I’m delighted to have been promoted, particularly in the current climate. It’s a positive ending to a difficult year.”
