Congratulations are in order for Winn Solicitors’ Keelie Parkinson, after she passed the 10-year mark in her career at the firm.
The solicitor, who started at Winns in November 2010, has had quite a decade, completing her LPC before starting a training contract and becoming a team leader.
She said; “I completed my LPC while working four days a week in the First Response Team. I then moved to Vehicle Damage and started my training contract.
“Before qualifying, I was made Team Leader in the Vehicle Damage team. I spent some time working with Clint Milnes on new processes before my maternity leave, which I enjoyed and learned so much.
“Not only do I enjoy the work, I also enjoy the atmosphere in the office. My one week spent working from home was enough for me!”
Keelie was keen to thank a number of people who have encouraged her progress over the years; “There are so many people who have helped me along the way, including Chris Drought, who pushed me to apply for Vehicle Damage, Katrina Rayne, who taught me how to litigate, and Chris Cullingworth, who showed me the commercial side of the business.
“And last, but by no means least, Clint for allowing me to be involved in the new processes changes that took place within the Vehicle Damage team.
“The company is very progressive and goes from strength to strength. I am excited to see what the next 10 years hold!”
Associate Director – Head of Vehicle Damage Chris Cullingworth said; “Keelie is a hard-working and dedicated member of the Vehicle Damage team.
“During her 10 years at the company, Keelie has gained an invaluable amount of experience and knowledge regarding credit hire litigation. In her capacity as a team leader, Keelie has developed her team using this experience and continues to support her management in the progression of the Vehicle Damage team.”
Congratulations Keelie!
