Claims Handler Thomas Douglas has been promoted to a more senior role within the firm.

Tom, from South Shields, has worked at Winn Solicitors for seven years, as a member of the First Response Team. Following his success in this role, and his dedication to the company, he has been promoted to Team Leader within the department.

Tom’s new role will involve providing supervision and leadership to First Response Team members, and ultimately ensuring that clients, garages and brokers receive an excellent service.

Tom said;

“Winns has always provided me with excellent training, which has helped me to gain vital experience throughout my career so far. I have met some of my closest friends at Winns, and I look forward to the challenges ahead.”

New Claims Manager Chris Jones added;
