Gurveer Jagpal is celebrating after achieving a notable milestone in his legal career.

By completing his training contract, Gurveer becomes a qualified solicitor and is entered on the Solicitors Roll.

A challenging, but ultimately rewarding, 24 months of training, alongside his normal day-to-day role, Gurveer was delighted to reach this point.

Based in the Vehicle Damage Post-Litigation, he said: “It feels very significant. It’s not just the work from the training contract – it starts all the way from university and prior to that.

“It’s been years of working towards a goal, and finally being able to achieve it is an exciting feeling of relief. But I am also looking forward to the challenges ahead.

“It is challenging to balance all the training contract demands (seats, tasks, diary) along with my existing case load, but it has definitely improved my time management skills.

“The independence and growth in my legal research and drafting abilities are also really rewarding.

“Winns provided tremendous support throughout the process – guidance and encouragement - pushing me into areas to grow in terms of managing workload.

“I really appreciated the support of management in VD Post-Lit throughout.”
