HR Administrator Celebrates 10 Years with the Firm

HR Administrator Melanie Reynolds celebrates 10 years working with Winn Solicitors, and tells us more about her time with the firm.

"I joined Singleton Winn McDermott when I left school at 16, having previously completed my work experience there. When the company split back in 2002, I remained with the original company.

"I left Singleton Winn McDermott to join Winn Solicitors on the 13th September 2004 and started at the 'Front End' (now called First Response Team) before moving over to assist in providing secretarial support for Jeff Winn.

"As the company really started to grow and staff numbers increased, my role developed and I became HR Administrator in 2007.

"I have seen the company grow from around 25-30 members of staff on Heaton Road to 300+ as the company is today, which is amazing!

"I have stayed at Winns because I enjoy what I do, the staff are lovely to work with, there's good career progression, the company has not hesitated to provide the training I have asked for, and I've been supported throughout the last 10 years with regard to flexible working, making my work-life balance possible since having my two children."
