Jess Douglas and Sophie Hartley are celebrating promotion at On Medical 24/7.

The pair have gone from Team Senior roles to Team Leaders, with both enjoying this latest career step after five years at the company.

Thanks to consistent hard work and effort over their time at the company, their line manager Kelven Oxberry was full of praise.

“Jess has been building a wealth of knowledge within our rehabilitation team,” he said.

“Her commitment and desire to progress within the business ensured she successfully completed a trial as Team Leader, which made my decision to make this a permanent move, an easy one.

“Sophie has been with us for five years and has showed commitment and willingness to develop both personally and professionally from day one.

“She excelled in her previous role of Team Senior and took on a trial as Team Leader with ease. Sophie moved into a Team Leader role specifically looking after one of the biggest contracts we have recently gained in the Atlanta Group.”

Upon hearing the news, Jess said; “I felt I was very shy when I first started as this was a big change from my previous job. But I have definitely come out of my shell since.

“I felt very welcomed within my first week by everyone in the company. I enjoy working with amazing people throughout the business and feel we have created a good team in Rehabilitation.”

Sophie was equally delighted, commenting; “When I started here, I was still studying at university, so I feel like I’ve grown a lot since.

“On Medical has given me so many opportunities which have helped me develop skills which are helpful, not only within the workplace but outside of it too.

“I’m proud to work for On Medical and for their ability to adapt to new situations. The company has grown so much in my time here and continues to do so.”
