Jo Joins the Board of Directors

We are delighted to announce that Jo Amos has joined the Winn Solicitors board of directors.

Jo has worked in the legal sector for almost twenty years and has been with Winns since it was established in 2002. Prior to taking up her new role which sees her heading up a team of approximately 60 staff, Jo held the position of Deputy Manager of the Trials Team.

She said;

“Winn Solicitors is highly regarded and is widely recognised as a market leader nationwide. We have been instrumental in challenging the perception of the sector and at the forefront of pioneering a new approach when it comes to personal injury and road traffic accident claims.”

Jo continued;

“There are a number of challenges facing the sector and it is important that as a firm we remain focused upon delivering high quality, expert-led support and advice to victims of road traffic accidents. We take a holistic view to ensure that those people who find themselves involved in an accident that was not their fault receive the medical, rehabilitation and practical support that they need as a result of their injuries, to be in the best possible position to move forward with their lives.”

Jeff Winn, Managing Director at Winn Solicitors said;

“Jo has been an extremely important and influential member of our team from the outset; this promotion recognises the significant contribution that she has made to the business and the key role that she will play in the future growth and development of the firm.”

He added;

“We place great emphasis on nurturing our employees and providing them with training and development opportunities to ensure that as we continue to move forward as a business they are able to further their careers with us. Our achievements over the years are largely attributed to the efforts of each and every individual and Jo has been instrumental in that success through the expertise, passion and motivation that she brings to the team.”

We hope you will join us in congratulating Jo and wishing her many successes in her new role.
