For Liam Parker, it has been a varied 15 years at Winns, one that has taken him from Post Team to Sales Support, to Command Centre, and more recently to the Telematics Team as an FNOL Manager.

Not necessarily a career path he had anticipated or planned for, but one he is appreciative of as it provided stability and opportunity.

Now celebrating 15 years at the company, Liam is looking ahead with optimism about what’s to come at Winn Group.

He said: “I didn’t have a plan. What I really needed was stability and opportunity, and Winns provided both.

“This place has been good to me, and I’ve always felt secure. We’re competitive and not afraid of change - I like to think I provide something unique that might not work anywhere else.

“I tried my best to pursue opportunities that suit my strengths and I’ve been fortunate enough to have had support throughout my entire 15 years.

“There’s a long list of people to thank.”

His role as Telematics and Proactive FNOL Manager is a change in pace from when he first started at the company, back in 2010. Joining as a member of the Post Team, was a starting point in a career that has evolved and expertly demonstrates the range of opportunities we offer our employees.

He continued: “I have hundreds of smaller memories that I'll always remember from over the years - I hold in great respect winning an award at last year's awards evening (Innovation Excellence Award).

“I believe Winn Group’s future holds more opportunities for individuals. I think we’ll take more risks, be innovative and diversify our services, including areas where we don't currently operate.”
