Winn Group is delighted to renew its partnership with Toca, provider of a market-leading low-code application development platform, to support the evolution of the claims management process.
With the aim to benefit the client experience and improve efficiencies for staff, the partnership has been extended by three years to support our significant expansion in work volumes and our ability to manage the influx of invoices and claims processed.
The partnership has already delivered a reduction in the hours spent on case handling – with more than 160 hours of staff time being saved each month - resulting in a significant increase in the number of claims handled while ensuring high standards and excellent client care is maintained.
