Congratulations to Melissa Bell, who has passed the 10-year mark working at Winns.
A career spanning time spent at Winns and On Medical, the Facilities and Management Assistant is now based at our Brinkburn Street office as she moves into her second decade with the company.
Having worked with a variety of people in different departments, Melissa was thankful for the support she has received over the years as she continues her career here.

We caught up with Melissa to find out a little more about the journey so far:
What have your job roles been during your time at the company?
I started on the Post Team which was managed by Peter Bell. I briefly worked in the Trials Department before moving to On Medical.
During my eight years at On Medical, I was Reception Team Leader and then later moved onto working for the Head of On Medical, Ian.
In the last year, I have moved back to the Brinkburn office and work in the Office Management team.
What has encouraged you to stay as long as you have?
Firstly, the people that work here and the friendships I have made! Also, the progression and different opportunities I have been given.
Is there anyone you’d like to thank for their support/help over the years?
The managers and directors I have worked for during my time here have all been so supportive!
I’d also like to thank the team I work with now – Janet (McCrindle), Donna (Gallagher), Suzie (Winn) and Peter (Bell), who has been there since my first day!
