Taking a first tentative step into the legal profession, many candidates want to see tangible career opportunities in front of them.

Winn Group prides itself on providing those options, giving employees across the group the chance to take the next step with them and demonstrate that the organisation actively wants them to evolve.

One route is the training contract, something Natalie Hall embarked upon. Nearly 10 years later, she is now a Senior Supervisor, a fully qualified Solicitor, and thriving in her role at Winns.

A shining example of our career development program, Natalie is not only impressed with her progress in the previous decade but is now looking forward to what the future holds at Winn Group.

Speaking about the milestone moment, Natalie said: “It has gone in a blink! But equally so much has happened in between. From starting out here at 22, fresh out of university, I’m grateful for the many opportunities that have come my way.

“From qualifying as a Solicitor to working multi-track claims, to being promoted into management, I feel like I have accomplished a lot; I owe much of it to the amazing people I have gotten to work with over the years.

“I’ve met some of my best friends here, some past and present colleagues, and the support from management has always been unwavering.

“Their guidance has significantly enhanced my understanding of the commercial aspects of the business, for which I am sincerely grateful.”

Rebecca Colby, Associate Director and Head of Vehicle Damage – Post Litigation said: “Congratulations to Natalie on reaching the milestone of 10 years with Winns.

“This is an incredible achievement. Natalie has been an integral member of the Vehicle Damage Team. She joined Winns as a graduate, quickly securing her training contract, and then qualifying as a Solicitor.

“Once qualified, Natalie worked in the High Value Hire Team and then swiftly moved into a team leader role.

“She now oversees five fee earning teams as a Senior Supervisor in the Vehicle Damage Post-Litigation Team.

“Natalie is committed and hard working with significant technical knowledge of credit hire and litigation.

“She has offered support and guidance to many members of the team over the years and assisted many with their own development.

“It has been a pleasure to see Natalie develop and progress with the firm and I look forward to seeing what she can achieve in the future.

“On behalf of the firm, I would like to thank Natalie for her significant contribution over the years - well done!”

After receiving champagne, flowers, and a gift voucher to mark the occasion, Natalie was keen to thank those who have helped over the years.

She added: “There are so many people I am thankful to have worked with! But special mention to Keelie (Parkinson) who has provided me with so much support both professionally and personally over the past 10 years.

“I can’t forget Simone (Heppell-Hardy) too! We have always worked closely together since day one; she is the biggest team player I know and always there to offer her support to me and others without question.”
