Moving roles to become a Process Analyst in the IT & Change Department, she will be focusing on ways to improve the processes that help us deliver our outstanding client care.
After working at the firm for just over a decade, Kate was keen to make the switch and use her skills in a different part of the business.
She said: “I’m really happy to have taken on this new role in the company. I’ve been with Winns for 10 years now and have good understanding of processes and procedures involved.
“With that in mind, I was keen to start a new challenge in helping to improve those processes wherever possible and the role of Process Analyst was a perfect fit for me.”
Clint Milnes, Winn Group Director, was happy to offer Kate the role, with her in-depth knowledge of the company making her a stand-out candidate.
He said: “We were delighted when Kate applied for this role as she ticked all the right boxes in terms of what we consider would be a great fit for the role.

“More recently, Kate has been working with the Development Analysts enhancing her knowledge of Proclaim and understanding the development processes involved to marry with her business skills.”
