Phil Greener celebrated passing the 10-year marker at Winns, an achievement worthy of celebration.

The Legal Clerk in the Personal Injury Team has benefitted from the input of David Dewar, Amy Graham, and Dula Miah over the years, and wanted to thank them personally for their contributions to his career to date.

An increasing number of Winn Group staff are reaching the decade milestone at the company, but it is a rare feat in other companies.

For Phil, it’s the environment and the people that make it the place to stay and progress in a career.

He said: “I know it’s a fairly standard response, but I’d say the people are one my favourite things about working here.

“Over the years, a lot of people have come and gone, and I’ve made some good friends along the way. Given the recent changes and reforms, Winns ability to adapt is most impressive, not only to continue but to actually expand. I hope to stay with the Part 7 Team and see the continued growth of Winns.

“I’d like to thank my current Supervisor, Dula, who has given me guidance and assistance for several years.  Dula was also a fee earner on my first team at Winns.  

“In addition, I’d also like to acknowledge all of my other team leaders and colleagues, past and present. Finally, the Department Heads, David Dewar and Amy Graham, who are always available to offer help.”
