We're exceptionally happy to be celebrating another member of the team's ten-year anniversary this week. Step forward, Simon Jackson. Simon started within the admin team at Winns, but is now responsible for training our First Response Team (FRT).

“The reason I joined Winns was I was aware it had a good reputation, and I stayed as there were plenty of opportunities to move up within the company,” says Simon. “In fact, I moved from the admin team to FRT, before spending some time in vehicle damage. After that, I was promoted to the role of FRT Trainer, and so it’s great to be back in the department.”

Simon has been an integral part of the Winns team over the last decade and has found many close friends amongst colleagues. But with a decade's worth of time with us, we're curious to know what Simon has enjoyed most in his career.

“What I really enjoy about being a trainer is being able to pass on the benefit of my experience to new starters. Hopefully, it will allow them to develop into confident claim handlers themselves!”
