Winns has once again secured the national Law Society's legal practice mark of quality, Lexcel. This year marks the seventh year that we have been awarded the prestigious accolade, having first received Lexcel accreditation back in 2011.
In order to retain the Lexcel accreditation, Winns completed the annual application and assessment process, and was subject to an onsite visit from a specialist Lexcel assessor. This assessment included staff interviews, a measure that’s put in place so that the Law Society can be sure of the quality that we offer.
An optional, recognised, accreditation scheme for the legal profession, Lexcel serves to demonstrate that law firms and in-house legal departments reach certain high standards. The aspects tested include levels of both business management and client care, with only exceptional firms gaining recognition.
Michael Warmington, Associate Director at Winn Solicitors, said;
“It's a great boon for us at Winns to be awarded the Lexcel accreditation. Every year we treat it as an honour, not to mention a sign that we are providing the best possible service at all times.
“We've always received fantastic feedback from the team at Lexcel, and together with exceptional support from our staff we continue to meet the high standards of the quality mark. Being awarded the Lexcel quality mark means a lot for us and our staff, as it demonstrates that they work for a high-calibre company.”
