Winns Adds Two Associate Directors to Established Group

Winn Group is pleased to announce the promotion of Sarah Harris and Mark Howell to Associate Director positions.

Sarah, our Group Finance Controller, and Mark, Head of IT Operations, move into their new assignments to further strengthen an already established senior leadership group.

These appointments have been made to strengthen the company’s continued evolution as Winn Group focuses on reinforcing its position as a market leader.

Upon announcement of the news, Sarah was delighted to be appointed to the role, expressing her pride and appreciation of the recognition for her efforts over the years.

She said: “I am excited about the opportunity and looking forward to continuing to contribute to the success of the business.

“As the company grows and evolves, I want to play an active part in helping it move forward in a sustainable and commercially focused way.

“I see the future of Winn Group as positive, with continued growth and development over the medium to long term. The business is always evolving, and I think the key will be to keep improving efficiency, adapting to change, and making sure we remain focused on sustainable growth and strong performance.”

Mark was grateful for the support up to this point of his Winns career, which passed 10 years recently.

He said: “Driving efficiency across IT remains a big focus for me, but a lot of what I do centres around reviewing data across the Group to suggest changes and improvements – the core of the role stays the same, but the scope has expanded.

“I’m genuinely excited about where we’re headed. We’ve got strong people right across the Group to make a positive impact.

“There’s a lot of change and innovation coming, which keeps us pushing forward in the right way.

“I’m confident we’ll stay ahead of our competitors and continue to grow.”

Speaking of the appointments, Winn Group Chief Operations Officer Clint Milnes said: “Both have made a significant contribution to the business and have demonstrated the leadership, judgement, and commitment required to support the organisation at this level.

“These appointments will help ensure we have the right structure and capacity in place to support the Executive Team and the wider management team as the business continues to grow and change.”
