Winns has once again been awarded the Lexcel accreditation, following a successful audit of practices and procedures.

Now accredited until April 2021, we were subject to a rigorous inspection, with supporting documentation required to satisfy specific criteria, but passed with flying colours as we made it nine successive years with this accreditation to our name.

Associate Director – Head of Group HR and Office Management Michael Warmington and Group HR Manager Colette Gardner gathered the relevant information to show our quality in relation to legal practice management standards. This was supported by numerous staff interviews.

Speaking about our reaccreditation, Michael Warmington said; “This is a fantastic achievement set in the back-drop of an unprecedented set of circumstances, the likes of which no company has experienced before.

"To not only rise to the challenge, but receive superb feedback on our way to achieving the Lexcel accreditation is testament to the hard work of all those involved.”

The assessor, when revealing her decision, commented;

“Winns has come together [and] delivered best practice during unprecedented times…the accreditation team have done a superb job and should be very proud of their achievements.

“Last year the assessor made the comment that the firm had ‘quality, spirit and the ability to work together’ and these traits were certainly evident in abundance during this assessment.”

Winns has held this standard mark since 2011.
