A great opportunity for a Case Handler with the ability to work towards shared goals and objectives to join On Hire with responsibility for dealing with direct instructions from Winn Solicitors for the provision of credit hire, credit repair and credit recovery and storage services.

Job Description

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Taking Instruction from clients to arrange a suitable booking in date for repairs and hire.
  • Arranging urgent recovery of vehicles of safe storage.
  • Field Telephone enquiries concerning cases.
  • Utilise network of approved repairers.
  • Assessing the clients need for hire.
  • Liaise with body shops to agree standard rates and make repair arrangements.
  • Manage caseload and keep up to date on tasks by prioritising urgent instructions.
  • Monitor the payment of invoices and ensure the same are paid when due.
  • Create Base Rate Statements to support recovery of the credit hire charges.
  • Review defendant evidence to provide rebuttal responses to support the recovery of credit hire charges.
  • Ensure Legal script is read, and all hire mitigations questions asked.
  • Instructing Hire provider accurately with correct ABI code for hire.
  • Adding additional drivers and convictions onto the hire document.
