We're on the lookout for ambitious individuals to join our Personal Injury team as Paralegals. This opportunity is designed for recent graduates or keen on launching a rewarding career within our esteemed law firm. Your input will be crucial in enhancing the quality of service we offer to our valued clients and stakeholders. You will receive extensive specialist litigation training in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of Employers' Liability, Public Liability, and complex Road Traffic Accident claims.
- Provide expert legal advice on liability, quantum and causation.
- Handle litigation matters under Part 7 and Part 8 Proceedings, including preparing for trial or settlement.
- Maintain excellent client care in line with SRA standards.
- Ensure compliance with court directions and internal policies.
What We Offer
About You
To succeed in this role, we're looking for someone who brings a blend of skills and experiences, along with those extra special qualities that can really make a difference to our team and business. Past legal experience is not essential, but client/customer-focused experience together with a confident and articulate telephone manner would be a distinct advantage.
Essential Skills and Experience
- A law degree (2:1 or above) or equivalent
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities
- A professional and confident approach to client interaction
- It proficiency and familiarity with legal research
- Ability to work fully office-based in Byker, Newcastle
Desirable Skills and Experience
- Experience using case management software
- Previous exposure to Personal Injury or Litigation
