On Hire Manager Chris Cullingworth is celebrating ten years with Winn Solicitors. He tells us more about his time working at the firm.

“I joined Winns when they were in their old offices. I was impressed by Winns ambition to grow. I have stuck around as the company has expanded, and I believe I have played a part in this success.

"I started off in the First Response Team, taking on new claims, and progressed to Team Leader, before taking up the role in On Hire.

"Exceeding targets for On Hire in financial years 2014/2015 and 2013/2014 were particular highlights, as was completing a Diploma in Business Management.

"Winns is a great company to work for. I’m really pleased with the opportunities I’ve had for career development and progression. I love the fact that the company are always looking to improve and grow.”
