We caught up with Training and Development Officer, Mark Essam, six months into the job to see how things are going.

Mark, originally from Kettering in Northamptonshire joined Winns in October 2017. On a day-to-day basis, he is in charge of designing, arranging and on occasion delivering training sessions for the company on a variety of different topics. 

Some of the new training methods implemented since Mark has joined include time management sessions for fee-earning departments and redesigning the company induction process.

When asked about his time at Winns so far, Mark commented:

"In my short time at Winns I have felt very welcome. It's always good to be part of a business that wants to invest in training and its employees. Training at Winns already has a good base and I'm looking to build on that and create great training experiences for everyone."
