An integral member of the Complex Claims Team, Simon Staton joined Winns in 2008 during a period of huge growth and has relished every second of his decade-long career with us.

A talented and dedicated solicitor, Simon has settled a number of high-value cases over the last ten years, improving the lives of a huge number of claimants in the process.

“I joined Winns because it was clearly expanding, whilst others struggled,” said Simon when reflecting on his time here.

“I stayed because I enjoyed the challenge of the work and have made some great friends. My highlight to date has been concluding a £3.25million settlement for a young man who sustained a serious head injury.”
