When the chance arose to rejoin Winn Group, Tom Walton jumped at the opportunity to be the latest addition to our Business Development Team.

Tom, who spent four years as a Business Development Manager at On Medical before the company exited the external market, returns to the Group after a stint elsewhere, seeking to be part of an exciting future as Winn Group continues to expand its work volumes.

Tom, who started his career as a personal injury fee earner before moving into business development, said: “My four years with Winn Group, at On Medical, were by far the best years of my career to date.

“I built great friendships, with people throughout the Group, so when the opportunity arose to re-join, it made perfect sense to come back.”

Joining as a Business Development Executive recently, Tom’s role, along with the other members of the team, is to bring on board new brokers and business partners, as well as maintaining current existing partnerships with loyal third parties.

That’s very much the remit for Tom, who is eager to get started, or restarted, in his role!

He added: “My aim is to add to the success of the Group by introducing new work sources from the claims management company side of the industry, and to solidify existing relationships with the work sources we currently work with.”
