Helena Lowther and Caitlin Townsend have reached a notable landmark in their legal careers by completing their training contracts here at Winn Group.

Upon the conclusion of the 24-month training period, the pair will now be enrolled on to the Solicitors Roll.

Both working in our Vehicle Damage Post-Litigation team, the pair are now fully qualified solicitors after displaying sound legal knowledge, alongside commitment and resilience, in pursuit of this achievement.

Speaking of this commendable achievement, Helena said: “I feel proud of how far I’ve come. Since leaving university, I’ve worked towards qualifying as a solicitor and that goal has always given me a strong sense of focus.

“Balancing the responsibilities of a trainee alongside my existing case load was always going to be a challenge, but it has been equally rewarding.

“I’ve learned that growth comes from stepping outside of your comfort zone and embracing challenges head on.”

When reflecting on this chapter of her career, Caitlin said: “The training contract has provided me with experience and tools that I will continue to build on going forward.

“It has given me an insight into the wider operations of Winns through experiencing seats in different departments and working with different members of staff - it has provided me with the confidence to step straight into a qualified role.

“I have always felt supported throughout my entire time at Winns. When the training contract applications opened, I received lots of encouragement and guidance - that support continued throughout my day-to-day role, and I genuinely couldn’t thank my team, and management, enough for helping me reach this milestone!”
