Phil Davidson celebrated 10 years in a role far removed from the one that he started in at Winns back in 2016.

Joining as a Claims Handler, Phil has taken advantage of the tangible career progression opportunities at the organisation, progressing to a Team Senior prior to turning educator, providing invaluable insight and guidance for our new starters as an Auditor and Trainer in the department.

Dictating his own career path, he has chosen his next steps and been given the chance to achieve those objectives by demonstrating his skills and abilities.

Now moving into his second decade with the company, Phil is pleased with his career direction at Winn Group and happy to have continued making professional strides.

He said: “After starting, I quickly realised that Winns wasn’t just professional, it was also a genuinely friendly place to work.  I’ve built some great friendships here and haven’t looked back since.

“There’s a really supportive working environment, as well as opportunities to learn and develop new skills, and the positive relationships I've built with my colleagues are great.

“I enjoy being part of a team that works together to achieve goals, and I feel that my contributions are valued.

“The combination of the friendships I've made, the satisfaction I get from my training role, and the opportunity to meet new people are the main reasons I enjoy being here and look forward to coming in each day; plus being part of good social groups within Winns.”
