The company is pleased to announce that Chris Jones is to take on the new role of Group Director – Head of Claims Operations.

The role reflects the full scope of responsibility across the initial claims pathway, from the First Response Team to Protocol, Pre-Issue Legal Clerks, and the Impecuniosity Team, alongside overall accountability for performance across the end-to-end process.

Speaking of this exciting new challenge, Chris said: “As Winns grows, it’s important that our structure evolves with it. Strong, consistent processes help us work more efficiently, support our staff, reflect our core values, maintain good service to customers, and ensure we’re well positioned for future growth.

“The role is to lead and be accountable for the end-to-end operational performance of the claims pathway across Winn Group, from initial client contact through to litigation readiness or resolution.

“The role reflects the growth of the teams which previously made up FRT and one in which I will continue to focus on strengthening processes and driving efficiencies along the claims pathway, both internally and for the benefit of our clients.”
