Stephen Barber celebrated his 10-year anniversary at Winn Group and immediately thanked those on his team for the support.

The Claims Review Supervisor started back in 2016 as a Claims Handler and has been a constant in our First Response Team throughout the past decade.

He said: “Without the guys/people, it would make the job incrementally harder. One of Winns’ biggest strengths is the people it employs.

“Claims Review Supervisors are the best team I have ever worked in/for in my professional life - I wouldn’t have lasted half as long if it weren’t for the daily support of every member: Stephen Clementson, Alex Leiper, Alex Lawson, Dean Musgrave, Tom Wilson, Jake Johnson and my amazing manager, and dare I call him a friend, Ryan Clark.

“On a serious note, though, I would like to say thank you to Thomas Douglas, who has been an exemplary employee, manager, and leader throughout my whole duration here. He is always someone who has helped me and felt more like a mentor than a boss.”
