Winn Group Apprenticeship start date: I started working on my Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship with Winn Group two years ago.
I chose to do an apprenticeship because: There are a variety of progressive roles within Winn Group.
What I enjoy most about my Winn Group apprenticeship: I really enjoyed learning the different aspects of business within the On Medical part of the business as it gave me a true understanding of what I wanted to do next. I was really pleased when I was given the opportunity to do exactly that.
The support I have received through my apprenticeship: We have a training officer who was there to help and support me with any queries about my work or about the workplace.
My first role on completion of the Winn Group apprenticeship: When I completed my apprenticeship, I moved to the Medical Records Team within On Medical.
What I would like to do next with my career: Looking to the future, I would like to become a Team Senior as I really enjoy supporting my colleagues.
What I would say to someone considering doing an apprenticeship: I would recommend an apprenticeship to anyone as it’s a great opportunity to learn and gain experience at the same time. My apprenticeship opened up a lot of opportunities for me for the future and I highly recommend it for anyone looking to start a career.
