Winn Group is pleased to award Head of Business Development Mark Pallas with a promotion to the level of Associate Director.

The company has enjoyed tremendous growth over the last 18 months, thanks to the winning of multiple new partnerships, resulting in a rapid expansion in work volumes and increased turnover to record levels.

This has been driven by a large growth in the number of brokers and insurers Winn Group is now working with, thanks largely to the excellent standard of our service offering and hard work and diligence of the Business Development team in terms of gaining these new contracts.

Seeking to add even more experience to an established group, Mark was delighted to hear the news and assume his new roles and responsibilities as Associate Director, as well as continuing his job leading the Business Development team.

He said: “I’m delighted to be given this promotion and it certainly ranks as the highest and most notable achievement in my career to date.

“It’s a really proud moment for me, personally, but I’m most pleased to see how the company has evolved and grown massively during the 14 years I’ve been here.

“It is great to see because I’m one of many people who have been here from the early stages; seeing what the company is like now is absolutely brilliant.”

The company’s turnover has jumped from £54 million to £100 million in the space of 12 months, with the group on track for a predicted £200 million this financial year with Mark optimistic about what the future holds at Winn Group.

He added: “Winns still has great potential and we’ll be targeting new brokers and insurers to take the company to the next level in terms of size and scope.

“It’s such an exciting time to be at Winn Group and I’m looking forward to seeing it fulfill its potential and reinforce its position as a powerhouse and force to be reckoned with in the sector.”
