Congratulations to Ben Marshall and Mick Davis who have recently been promoted from Claims Handlers to Team Leaders in the First Response Team at Winn Solicitors.

Both Mick and Ben have worked at the company for several years – Mick, from Northumberland, joined Winns in 2010, while Ben joined in 2013.

As Team Leaders, they are responsible for assisting other Team Leaders in the day-to-day running of the department, as well as providing support to the staff.

Mick said;

“I have worked for Winns for around six years now after working for Browell Smith & Co for roughly a ten year period prior to this. I have learned a lot with regards to insurance claims in my time here and gained some good friends along the way.”

Ben added;

“It’s great that Winns has given me this opportunity to progress within the company. I’m enjoying my new role and looking forward to the challenges it brings.”

New Claims Manager Chris Jones added;

“Ben and Mick have worked as Claim Handlers in the First Response Team for several years now, and are a real asset to the team. Their recent promotion to become Team Leaders is a testament to their hard work and dedication to the department and the firm as a whole.”
