Being part of a supportive team is one of the major reasons why Helen Baldwin has stayed at Winn Group.

It was clear when talking to her after celebrating her decade anniversary recently that being part of a group that is eager to help has motivated her to continue her exceptional input into the company’s operations.

Working as an Accounts Manager, Helen has seen plenty of changes over the years as the company expands and diversifies, but some things stay the same.

She said: “I have loved the people most of all and the variety of work. But, to be honest, it is the camaraderie that has made me want to stay for 10 years, especially when we were all in the same room as On Hire at Saxon House.

“Now we are across at Brinkburn Street, sitting with the Winns Accounts and Closure team, and that camaraderie is definitely back.

“It really is a great team of people.”

After being welcomed through the doors on her first day by now Associate Director and Head of Vehicle Damage Chris Cullingworth, Helen has been able to evolve professionally and take on new challenges regularly.

She continued: “Previously my role was very narrow. In my current role, the variety of work makes it so much more interesting.

“The speed that this company changes at is breath-taking which is why it overcomes all of the stumbling blocks that come its way.

“Winns has such a strong ability to adapt and is incredibly dynamic at putting in new ideas.  I am so lucky to have the team I have to help me constantly change or create new processes to help make these new ventures work.”

Congratulations, Helen Baldwin!
