New Role: Kate Celebrates 10-year Anniversary

Kate Brooks celebrated 10 years at Winns in the best possible way – by earning a new role in the firm!

Moving roles to become a Process Analyst in the IT & Change Department, she will be focusing on ways to improve the processes that help us deliver our outstanding client care.

After working at the firm for just over a decade, Kate was keen to make the switch and use her skills in a different part of the business.

She said: “I’m really happy to have taken on this new role in the company. I’ve been with Winns for 10 years now and have good understanding of processes and procedures involved.

“With that in mind, I was keen to start a new challenge in helping to improve those processes wherever possible and the role of Process Analyst was a perfect fit for me.”

Clint Milnes, Winn Group Director, was happy to offer Kate the role, with her in-depth knowledge of the company making her a stand-out candidate.

He said: “We were delighted when Kate applied for this role as she ticked all the right boxes in terms of what we consider would be a great fit for the role.

“She comes with a wealth of Winns experience, having been here since November 2011, working in a number of different roles.

“More recently, Kate has been working with the Development Analysts enhancing her knowledge of Proclaim and understanding the development processes involved to marry with her business skills.”

Mark Howell, Winn Group Head of IT Operations, is looking forward to having Kate as part of his team.

He said: “Kate is a great addition to the IT & Change Department given her experience and knowledge of the business.

“Kate will be assisting the business with identifying areas for improvement on new and existing projects and will be providing recommendations to the department and department heads in relation to current and new processes.”
